2024 to Current
Jeff is now leading VeritasIQ, a collective of AI-powered businesses, each enriched by the fusion of human expertise and amplified intelligence driven by AI, creating new pioneering businesses that are not possible without AI.
2023 to Current
Jeff facilitated distribution financing for the feature film Sound of Freedom and the documentary After Death in 2023, and is involved in the development, production, and distribution of several projects for release in 2025, and beyond, including the "The Last Rodeo" slated for a May 2025 theatrical release.
2022 to 2023
Jeff developed a global initiative to heighten awareness of the human trafficking issue as well as strategies for prevention and assisting survivors to redeem their lives.
2016 to 2022
Jeff led the transformation of an early pioneer in the remote identity authentication industry into AuthenticID, a leading fully automated AI platform with the most advanced capabilities for stopping the identity-related multi trillion dollar fraud problem of large enterprises and government agencies, resulting in billions of savings to date.
1999 to 2016
Jeff provided strategic advisory services on a global basis for over 200 companies to help accelerate their performance and add over $1 billion of client value. Projects have ranged from the development of new operating divisions for WellPoint, the development and facilitation of a strategic visioneering process for a ministry organization that operates in 150 countries, the master planning of a destination family camp in California, the development of online service companies, and the business model restructuring of an innovative green technology company.
1999 to 2005
Recognized at the time by CEO Magazine as the Camp David of the West, Jeff led the creation and operation of a 5-star facility for the hosting of executive teams and Boards of market leading companies and start-ups for facilitated immersive and transformative strategic planning sessions to serve as a catalyst for transformative change.
Customers included Amazon, Boeing, Daimler Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Prudential Securities, REI, Smith Barney, Starbucks, and WellPoint.
1995 to 1998
Jeff was the patented inventor and founder of a breakthrough media and technology company that was acquired by Microsoft that merged the worlds of licensing, physical toys, broadcast and recorded educational TV, and computer gaming.
This resulted in the first products for Microsoft in Toys ‘R Us as well as positioning Microsoft as the leader, or “standard” of the smart toy market at launch with $100M+ of initial sales.
1990
Jeff was the creator and producer of the launch of the Points of Light Foundation (PLF) as a nationwide event celebration of amazing examples of volunteer impact represented by 15 events over 12 consecutive days in 15 different cities, culminating on the South Lawn of the White House with President George H. Bush and the unveiling of a Peter Max original mural.
PLF eventually morphed into what is now the largest network of volunteer organizations in the world, now known as Points of Light.
1989 to 1990
Jeff was the creator and producer for the largest series of live televised events in Southeast Asia in history at the time. Today only surpassed by the Barcelona and Beijing Olympics Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
Overcoming the logistical challenges of a super short production window of just 11 months, a massive cast of 15,000+, and the training of a production team of 500+ led to many different innovative strategies.
1984 to 1995
Jeff’s early career was as a creator and producer of hundreds of award winning large scale special events and shows around the world, including several shows at the famed Radio City Music Hall with his father. He was apprenticed by his father (Bob Jani), recognized as the founder of the special events industry and as a Legend of the Walt Disney Company. The approach for each of these projects was to communicate, educate, or inspire the audience in a memorable or engaging way using the tools and techniques of the entertainment arts.
